Soil Services Company, Inc. is a Pennsylvania  corporation founded in 1984 by Laurel F. Mueller,  an ARCPACS Certified Professional Soil Scientist.

    The company provides professional consultation services in soil science, environmental inventory, and assessment of natural land features. Our soil scientists,  biologists, and designers can provide assistance in all aspects of federal and state environmental agency permitting.

   The firm's projects vary greatly in size and complexity. We work directly with property owners, land developers, and builders. On larger, more complex projects, our services are sought by engineering, surveying, architectural and planning teams.

Our specialized services enable other consultants involved in land development to offer a broader scope of environmental services. Soil Services Company, Inc. has also worked with numerous federal and state agencies and municipalities in providing field determinations, site inspections, second opinions, and expert testimony.
